Semper Wholemeal Porridge with Fruit 8 months - 480g

At eight months, curiosity about the outside world is at its peak and then porridge can be a perfect start to the day. All children need the energy to be able to discover the world and with Semper's porridge, flavoured with lots of tasty fruit, they get the energy to take part in all the exciting things happening around them. Semper's whole grain porridge with fruit from 8 months, which is made with milk and grain from Swedish farms, contains vitamins and minerals so that the child gets plenty of the nutrition it needs during a fast-paced day. For example, we have iron, which contributes to the normal development of children's intellect, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus, which are needed for the skeleton to grow properly, as well as iodine, which is good for children's growth. Fat is important for children, which is why we add it to our porridge. But only the right kind of fat. So our porridge only contains fat from cream, rapeseed and sunflower oil. We are proud of that. The porridge has a low content of saturated fat and a high proportion of unsaturated - and it tastes good too! Perfect porridge for those who grow so that it cracks. Semper's porridge is made in Götene in Västergötland.

Dosage & use

30g of powder to 1dl of water gives approximately 130g of finished porridge. For one portion, 1 dl of water and 4½ tablespoons of porridge powder are used. 1. Heat 1dl of water to around 50°C and pour into a bowl. 2. Mix in 4½ tablespoons of porridge powder while you stir. 3. Continue stirring until the porridge has the right consistency. Then the porridge is ready to eat! Once the porridge has been heated, it should be served within 1 hour. The porridge should not be reheated either. Storage: Store the porridge dry, dark and at normal room temperature. An opened package should be used within one month. The porridge is packed in a protective atmosphere which means that both the taste and the quality are preserved. Sorting: The outer carton is sorted as paper packaging and the inner bag as plastic packaging.

Ingredients: MILK (<0.1% fat), whole grain WHEAT flour, OAT flour, WHEAT flour, CREAM, pear juice concentrate 8.5%, whey powder (from MILK), rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, sifted OAT flour, apple juice concentrate 2%, MILK protein, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc, iodine), raspberry flake 0.5% (raspberry juice, corn starch, pectin), vitamins (A, D, E, C, thiamin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid). 211 g of milk (<0.1% fat) has been used to make 100 g of finished product. The product contains 35% wholemeal flour.
