Generally

Apovi.se sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with social security or organization numbers. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent to your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the authorizer is responsible for the card. Apovi.se only sells medicines for personal use to end consumers, as well as via requisition to healthcare authorities, healthcare facilities and to those who are authorized to prescribe medicines. The products that we sell can be used in Sweden and they have a Swedish manual or instruction manual when the product requires it, either in physical or digital form. Usual guarantees are provided on products where a guarantee is applicable and any guarantees are valid in Sweden and only for first-time buyers. Ordering

Ordering is done on our website www.apovi.se. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to email [email protected]. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your name and personal or organization number being registered in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package.

With all purchases, you can, in connection with ordering and delivery from us, receive information about our partners such as shipping companies, charities and partners. This occurs on all Apovi surfaces; site, email and package.

When purchasing prescription goods, the pharmacy will take note of your electronic prescriptions and that our pharmacists may, if necessary, need to contact you and/or the relevant prescriber in order to handle and complete your order.


Prices and product images

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping costs are added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.


The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.


Apovi.se reserves itself for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, apovi.se reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.


Personal data

In connection with your order and/or account registration, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Pharmacy Data Act and the Data Protection Ordinance.


The information you provide about yourself is used by apovi.se and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. Read more about how we process your personal data in our privacy policy.


We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal data or where the customer has payment complaints.

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to apovi.se or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.


Shipping and delivery

At checkout, you can choose between different shipping methods. Read more about shipping methods, prices and delivery information here.

Apovi.se normally handles your order within 24 hours (weekdays excluding holidays) from the order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. When the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Apovi.se cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method.

To certain parts of Norrland and Gotland, Postnord, DHL delivers with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website. This concerns, for example, certain towns with postcodes starting with 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. There may be occasions that make it impossible for us to fulfil the order, for example, if our supplier cannot fulfil his commitment to us. Contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.


Payment

We offer free payment methods via Company Invoice/Instalment/Card payment/Bank transfer through Nets Easy, Svea Bank AB (publ), PAYPAL and Swish for cashless payment.  You can also choose to pay in installments. All invoicing takes place and is handled by Svea Bank AB (publ) org. No. 556158–7634 and the invoice they send to your e-mail address is valid for payment.

Credit check : When applying for payment via company invoice, the usual credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Right of withdrawal & return

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered in accordance with LODA. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. The item needs to be returned in unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at [email protected]. We need the following information:

a) order number (found in your order confirmation or on the invoice)

b) your name and contact details

c) number and name of the products that are desired to be returned

Apovi.se must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. We recommend that the return is made with Posten goods letter or Posten Företagpaket. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the item until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. If you have paid by invoice, swish or direct payment, we transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we have credited the return amount to your account.

Please note that medicines (also for animals), refrigerated goods, prescription goods and foodstuffs are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If a medicine is returned, it will be destroyed and the customer will be charged. This also applies to unclaimed and unreceived packages that are returned from the shipping company to Apovi, as well as packages that are returned due to an incomplete address from the customer. Medicines that are returned to us must be disposed of by law. Think about the environment and do not let your package be returned to us unnecessarily.

Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 200 depending on the weight if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described above.

Complaint

If you have received a defective or wrongly dispatched item, please contact our customer service immediately at [email protected]. Please describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you can of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. You can also proceed with your complaint on the EU's common dispute resolution page, which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

Prices & product images

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 12% (for food and dietary supplements) and 25% (for other products including non-prescription drugs) VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain colour difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
