Vitamin D Oil ACO, oral drops, solution 80 IU/drop 25 ml

ACO Vitamin D Oil is a vitamin D solution that is given to prevent vitamin D deficiency in children. Vitamin D is needed, among other things, for the body to be able to assimilate calcium. Vitamin D deficiency in children can lead to soft and misshapen bones (rickets).

ACO Vitamin D Oil is recommended for children up to 2 years of age. Based on sunflower oil.

Some children may need vitamin D drops up to the age of 5 and this applies to:

children who do not receive vitamin D-fortified foods

children with dark skin colour

children who do not spend enough time outside during the summer or wear clothes that cover their face, arms and legs

Dosage & use

Recommended dose for children 0-2 years: 5 drops daily. Recommended dose for some children up to 5 years: 5 drops daily. 5 drops correspond to approximately 400 IU of vitamin D.
