Lifeline Care Calcium Children is a source of the important mineral calcium as well as zinc, magnesium and vitamin K2. Many children do not get the recommended amount of calcium and in these cases it may be appropriate to supplement with a supplement. This applies, for example, to children who do not drink milk, but get some calcium from other sources such as green vegetables (e.g. broccoli, spinach). nuts (walnuts & almonds), dairy products and legumes. Calcium and vitamin D are necessary for children's skeletons to grow normally and contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for the normal function of teeth and bones. Vitamin K helps maintain normal bones. Children 1-3 years: 2 twist-off capsules. Twist or cut off the end of the capsule and squeeze out the contents.
