Efamol 120 capsules

Efamol evening primrose oil is a food supplement that contains polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids and is extra rich in omega-linolenic acid GLA.

GLA is of great importance for the skin and for other important functions in the body. GLA can be further converted to arachidonic acid, which is one of the most common Omega-6 fatty acids in the brain.

Evening primrose oil contributes to healthy skin.

Efamol also contains vitamin E which helps to protect the cells against oxidative stress.

Dosage & use

Adults and children from 8 years: 3 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks, then 1 capsule per day. A higher daily intake initially is recommended to build up the body's stores of the included fatty acids. Children 3 - 8 years: 1 capsule per day, also during the first 12 weeks. The capsules can be swallowed whole, chewed, or opened and mixed with food or drink.
