Helhetshälsa Calcium Optimal 100 capsules

Helhetshälsa Calcium Optimal is a dietary supplement with calcium citrate in a vegetable capsule. Helhetshälsa's calcium supplement is made in Sweden and contains only calcium in organic form.

Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and to maintaining normal teeth. Calcium has a role in the cell division process and the cell specialization process and contributes to maintaining normal bone structure. Calcium also contributes to normal neurotransmission, normal blood coagulation and the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Registered by the Vegan Society. Can also be used by vegetarians and vegans.

Dosage & use

2 capsules, 1-3 times per day. The capsule can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled in food/drink. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
