HUSK Mage i Balans Lactic acid, powder 200 g

Husk with lactic acid bacteria is a dietary supplement with psyllium fiber and inulin. Psyllium seed husk absorbs liquid, swells and forms a gel. Powder that can be mixed with water, juice or in a smoothie, or sprinkled over yogurt or other cold dishes.

Dosage & use

Adults and children over 12 years: One heaped teaspoon (5 g), morning and evening. Mix in a glass of water, juice or smoothie and drink immediately. You can also sprinkle HUSK Mage in balance over your yoghurt or other cold dishes. Your fluid intake should always be at least one glass of water (250 ml) per 5 g of powder. Taking in too little liquid can cause constipation. If you feel that the powder does not dissolve so easily, you can first stir the powder into a smaller amount of liquid (1-2 tablespoons) and then top up with the rest of the liquid. Store dry at room temperature. Store opened packaging in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
