Your order is sent as a registered letter or postal package depending on the weight, size and contents of the package. Merchandise letters are delivered as far as possible to your mailbox/outside the door, depending on the contents of the package you may need to be at home and acknowledge the package. Unfortunately, Apovi does not have the ability to control how a consignment note is delivered (mailbox, outside the door or delivery point), that is an assessment made by PostNord.

Instabox offers the possibility to track your package. An SMS with an opening code is sent when your package is in the Instabox locker. Identification with a mobile bank ID may be required depending on the contents of the package. After 3 days, the package is sent back to the Instabox terminal, within 10 days you can order a new delivery to the same or another locker, at no extra cost.

You choose which agent the package should be sent to. Please note that agents in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery, which can affect the delivery time. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package with the help of Swedish identification and Parcel ID.
