Lion's mane is a beautiful mushroom with an appearance reminiscent of a lion's mane. Lion's mane is called hedgehog mushroom in Swedish and has a long-standing use in Chinese health philosophy. The extract comes from the mushroom's fruiting body, which contains high levels of active substances, mainly in the form of polysaccharides including beta-glucans. Lion's mane is usually classified as a so-called nootropic, i.e. it contains substances that are considered to affect our mental function.

Cordyceps is called caterpillar fungus in Swedish, which has long been popular in Chinese culture. Cordyceps contains high levels of active substances, polysaccharides, but also vitamins and minerals.
