SelenoPrecise contains 67% selenomethionine and 33% other different types of selenium. This mixture corresponds to the types of selenium that we get if we eat a diet rich in selenium. As much as 89% of the tablet's selenium content is absorbed. The uptake and effect seem to increase further when selenium is combined with vitamins A, B6, C, E and zinc, which are also organically bound.

Dosage & use
