Helhetshälsa B vitamin complex is a dietary supplement with all eight B vitamins you need, as well as inositol and choline. Made without yeast. One capsule covers the daily requirement.

Biotin contributes to maintaining normal skin, normal hair and normal mucous membranes. B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. Folic acid and B12 contribute to normal psychological function. Folic acid, B6 and B12 contribute to a normally functioning immune system. B1 thiamine contributes to normal heart function. B6 contributes to regulating hormone activity. B5 contributes to normal mental performance. B2 contributes to protecting the cells against oxidative stress.
