Puori D3 vitamin D 2500 IU 120 capsules

Puori D3 contains 2500 IU (62.5 µg, 1250% DRI*) of vitamin D3 per capsule.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means that the body cannot absorb it without fat. This is why we have blended vitamin D3 with coconut oil to ensure maximum absorption. Puori has replaced the olive oil in its capsules with coconut oil. This means that the capsules have naturally acquired a different color. (Since the coconut oil is in solid form at room temperature, the structure of the capsules may also look different compared to the old ones. Even the smell may be different.)

Dosage & use

Daily recommended intake for adults and children over 11 years: 1 D3 capsule with a meal. Daily recommended intake should not be exceeded.
