You choose which agent you want the package to be delivered to when you place your order. When the package has reached your chosen agent, you will receive a notification to collect the package together with your identification and package ID. After three reminders, it is sent back to DHL for further instructions from the sender.

Your order is sent as a registered letter or postal package depending on the weight, size and contents of the package. Merchandise letters are delivered as far as possible to your mailbox/outside the door, depending on the contents of the package you may need to be at home and acknowledge the package. Unfortunately, Apovi does not have the ability to control how a consignment note is delivered (mailbox, outside the door or delivery point), that is an assessment made by PostNord.
