In addition to being associated with a cosy moment in the morning or evening, gruel can also be part of a useful habit.

Semper's gruel for children from 8 months has a slightly higher fat content and slightly lower protein content than gruel for children from e.g. 12 months. But with a slightly higher fibre content than the 6-month swelling. Just what your child needs when he is under one year old!

Semper's Wholegrain Porridge Mild with Oats also contains healthy unsaturated fats from cream, rapeseed and sunflower oil.

The porridge is made in Götene in Västergötland with milk from Swedish farms.

Dosage & use

Use a tablespoon measure, not a regular tablespoon, when adding the powder to the gruel. Serve the gruel in a baby bottle (with a larger hole or notch), on a plate or in a mug. Have a nice meal! DOSAGE 1 dl water || 2 1/2 tbsp powder || 110 ml ready gruel 2 dl water || 5 tbsp powder || 220 ml ready gruel IN MICROWAVE 1. Mix gruel powder and cold water in the bottle. 2. Shake until the powder dissolves. 3. Heat the bottle without a lid and pacifier at full power for about 40 seconds. Shake and feel so that the gruel is warm enough. IN A PAN Whisk together the powder and cold water and heat to the right temperature. -- Storage: Dry, dark and at normal room temperature. Make sure the opened package is kept closed, or store in a jar with a lid. An opened package should be used within two months. A porridge that has been heated once should be served within 1 hour, it should not be reheated either. Porridge mixed with cold water can be stored at room temperature for a maximum of 1 hour and in the refrigerator for a maximum of 6 hours. The gruel is packed in a protective atmosphere which means that both the taste and the quality are preserved. When the gruel is finished, the packaging must be sorted as plastic packaging.

Ingredients: MILK (<0.1% fat), OAT flour 23% (sieved OATS, OATS), corn flour, desalted whey powder (from MILK), CREAM, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc, iodine), vitamins ( A, D, E, C, thiamin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid).
