Dosage & use

It is recommended to take the supplement from the time you plan to become pregnant and throughout the pregnancy.

2 Omega-3 capsules and 2 vitamin and mineral tablets

Daily

One blister row daily with water. Each blister row contains four capsules: two Omega-3 capsules and two vitamin and mineral tablets.

The daily dose should not be exceeded.

Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet. Store at room temperature and out of reach from children.

Ingredients
Omega-3 capsule (yellow capsules):
Fish oil (triglycerides), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, glycerol), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).

Vitamin/mineral/blueberry tablet (red):
Fillers (cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Vitamins: (L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, retinyl acetate, cyanocobalamin, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin), blueberry extract (vaccinium myrtillus).

Minerals: (iron fumarate, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, sodium selenate, copper (II) oxide, chromium (III) chloride), potassium iodide), surface treatment agents (talc, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium sulfate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide) , rice starch, dye (chlorophyllin-copper complexes).

Mineral tablet (white):
