Minami MorDHA Prenatal Omega-3 60 Capsules

MINAMI® MorDHA Original (80%) is a pure fish oil. This highly concentrated omega-3 is specially formulated for pregnant, lactating and those trying to conceive.

The mother's intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in fetuses and infants who are breastfed. The beneficial effect is achieved through a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA. A higher dose of DHA is also suitable for the elderly to maintain the normal function of the brain and vision.

Minami MorDHA omega-3 is purified and the fish oil is certified by the environmental organization Friend of the Sea.

The capsule is made of fish gelatin and has a natural lemon taste. Leaves no aftertaste.
