Here you can answer common questions that you may have as a potential customer. This is to be able to give your customer information quickly and easily in the store and to reduce cases for your customer service.

How can I pay in the store?
You can pay securely in the store with card, invoice or Swish.
How long is the delivery time?
Our usual delivery time is between 2 - 5 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday the following week at the earliest.
Can I add/remove products from my order?
We cannot add or remove items from orders immediately once they have been shipped.
If you wish to make a change to or cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us (and include the order number) as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we may cancel the order so that a new order can be shipped. To find out if your order has shipped yet, go to your Inventables account and select "Order History".
If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the order.
Where is my invoice?
All our payments are administered by Klarna and their invoices are sent by email. If you have not received your invoice, you can go to Klarna's website or download their app to see your invoice there. You can read more about Klarna here.
I have regretted my purchase, what do I do?
Please note that the product must be unused and the product's packaging unbroken/undamaged for full credit on your return. For goods with a seal, we cannot accept the return if the seal is broken. Food and medicines (incl. nicotine medicines) are excluded from the right of return.

Can I order outside of Sweden?
No sorry. We only deliver to addresses within Sweden.
